Moeten Tigchelkachels en leemkachels in onderhoud worden genomen?

Tigchelkachels en leemkachels vragen erg weinig onderhoud. Het is voldoende om één keer per jaar de veegluikjes te openen en het aanwezige roet op te zuigen. Of de schouw en de binnenkant van de kachel erg vuil zijn hangt grotendeels af van uw stookgedrag. Indien gewenst kunnen wij na 2 tot 5 jaar een controle komen uitvoeren. Het is in België wel verplicht om de schouw jaarlijks te laten reinigen.
